Adam Shoer loves EVERYTHING about the Real Estate process and is addicted to making each sale and purchase smoother and thus more profitable and more fun for his clients. In a time when all generations have such ease of access to incredible technology and information, Adam is modernizing how we buy and sell real estate, traditionally one of the most stressful and important transactions of our lives.

Adam is an innovative senior communications and marketing professional, expert in engaging audiences, increasing visibility, building brands and protecting reputation. The same curiosity, savvy and dedication that has made Adam a globally trusted partner and advisor to previous employers at JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank and Johnson & Johnson will ensure your home selling and buying transactions are in the right hands.

Upon completing his undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies at Cornell University, Adam has spent his career and his life studying how to best connect people and tell the right story at the right time to the right audience. 

Combining his love of architecture, design and brokering a great deal with his deep knowledge of communications, strategy and research has happily led Adam to Real Estate and Weichert Realtors in picturesque Mendham, New Jersey.

Having explored more than 30 countries, including residing and working on three different continents, Adam has settled in Chester NJ with his wonderful wife, Wanda, brilliant children, Aaron & Luna, and ferociously friendly dogs, Harry & Teddy. When not studying the local and broader real estate markets for his clients, Adam can be found hosting friends and family at home, cooking way too much food, enjoying music and traveling near and far in pursuit of family fun.
